摘要
为进一步研究中药坚骨颗粒对骨质疏松的治疗作用,从生物力学角度评价补肾中药对骨质疏松的治疗效果,以卵巢切除后雌激素缺失诱导而成的骨质疏松大鼠为模型,研究了坚骨颗粒对大鼠股骨材料和结构力学性能方面的影响。结果显示,用药4个月后,实验大鼠股骨的最大载荷、破坏载荷和能量吸收等结构力学参数与造模对照组比较有显著提高(P<0.05),并接近正常组。表明中药坚骨颗粒可提高造模动物骨骼抵抗外力冲击的能力,改善骨质疏松大鼠骨的韧性,避免或减少骨折的发生。
In order to make the further study and
biomechanical evaluation of the therepeutic effect of “ZHONGYAO JIANGU KELI” (ZJK, a TCD
Granules for Strethening the Bone) on osteoporosis, ovariectomized rats with estrogen loss
induced osteoporosis were taken as the animal models, and the influence of ZJK on the
structural mechanical property of the rat femora was studied . The results showed that four
months after the administration, the structural mechanical indices of the experimented rat
femora, such as the maximum and destructive loads, energy resorption, etc, were significantly
improved in comparison with those of the control modelled group (P < 0.05) and approached
those of the normal group, indicating that ZJK could raise the ability of the modelled animal
skeleton to resist the external impact, improve the bone tenacity of osteoporosis rat, avoid or
decrease the fracture occurrence.
