摘要
当栓子堵塞脑部血管,造成血流中断,使局部脑组织缺血、缺氧、坏死,便出现与脑血栓相同的临床症状,称为脑栓塞。栓子包括凝血块、动脉粥样硬化斑脱落的碎斑块、脂肪组织及气泡等,统称为栓子。多数栓子来源于心脏,称心源性栓子。非心源性脑栓塞可由动脉粥样硬化斑块脱落、脂肪栓子、空气栓子、感染性栓子、肿瘤栓子等所致。
