摘要
将30只家兔右侧桡骨中段造成6mm的人工骨缺损,按计划处死时间分为3批处死,每批随机分实验与对照两组。实验组用阳和汤合剂与饲料混合后服用,对照组不用药。分别在2、4、6周处死,进行X线平片、组织学和组织化学观察。结果显示,实验组骨内血液供应丰富,新骨生长快,碱性磷酸酶丰富,均优于对照组。表明该药有明显促进骨折愈合的作用。
Artificial 6 mm osseous
defects were made in the right middle radii of 30 rabbits, which were, according to the
scheduled killing time, divided into three batches, each of which was in turn divided into the
experimental and the control groups. The experimental group was fed with “YANGHE TANG
HEJI” (YTH, Mixture of Yang activating Decoction) and the control was fed with no medicine.
The three batches of rabbits were killed 2, 4, and 6 weeks later, respectively and observed by
the plane X rays, histology and histochemistry. The results showed that the experimental
group had an abundant blood supply in the bone, rapid growth of the new bone and rich alkaline
phosphatase, which had an advantage over those of the control, suggesting that the medicine
has a significant stimulative effect on fracture healing.
