阳和汤配合局部刮除术治疗慢性颌骨骨髓炎疗效观察

THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC MANDIBULAR OSTEOMYELITIS BY “YANGHE TANG” AND LOCAL CURETTAGE: A Therapeutic effect Observation

为探讨中西医结合治疗慢性颌骨骨髓炎的有效方法，对４８例慢性颌骨骨髓炎患者随机分为两组，观察组、对照组各２４例。观察组采用中药内外治法加局部刮除术；对照组采用西医抗炎治疗加局部刮除术。结果显示观察组总有效率为９６％，对照组总有效率为７９％。表明中西医结合治疗比单纯西医疗法效果好，疗程短，副作用小，是治疗慢性颌骨骨髓炎的有效方法。

Peoples Hospital of Henan Province, Zhengzhou 450003 Forty eight patients with chronic mandibular osteomyelitis were randomly divided into two groups: the observed and the control, 24 cases each. The observed group were treated by traditional Chinese drugs applied both internally and externally and local curettage and the control group were treated by the Western medical anti inflammatory therapy and local curettage so as to explore the effective method for the treatment of the disease by the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The results suggested that the total effective rate of the observed group was 96 %, while that of the control was 79 %, indicating that the combined TCM and WM therapy had an advantage over the single WM therapy in its better therapeutic effect, shorter treatment course and less side effect and may be regarded as the effective therapy for chronic mandibular osteomyelitis.
