E-钙黏素与肌动蛋白交联蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其意义

Expression and significance of fascin and E-cadherin in bladder transitional cell carcinoma

目的探讨肌动蛋白交联蛋白（Fascin）、E-钙黏素（E—cadherin）在膀胱移行细胞癌（BTCC）中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测Fascin、E-cadherin蛋白在78例BTCC患者中的表达，分析其表达与BTCC临床病理特征之间的关系。结果BTCC中Fascin和E—cadherin阳性表达率分别是75．6％和48．7％，表达呈负相关（r=-0．397，P〈0．05）。两者表达水平均与肿瘤病理分级及临床分期有关。结论Fascin与E—cadherin蛋白表达可作为判断膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为的重要指标。

Objective To explore the clinical significance and expression of fascin and E-cadherin in bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC）. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used detect the expression of fascin and E-cadherin in 78 cases of BTCC, and the relationship between their expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results There was a negative correlation between the expression of fascin and E-cadherin （r=-0. 397 ,P 〈0. 05）, and their positive expression rate was 75. 6% and 48.7% respectively. Fascin and E-cadherin were related to tumor pathological grade and clinical stage. Conclusion Fascin and E-cadherin could be used as the biological behavior markers of BTCC.
