摘要分析产业技术创新战略联盟的内涵,从组织要素和制度要素两个层面探讨联盟治理模式的影响因素,并展开分析和讨论。 This article discusses how to understand the essence of the strategic alliance for industrial technology innovation,proposes some major factors that affect the alliance＇s governance mode,including organizational elements and institutional elements,and then makes a correlation analysis.
