摘要
从全面创新理论框架研究出发,分析高职院校全员创新的内涵和特征,并对高职院校全员创新与各要素创新的协同机制展开研究。
In this paper,from the theoretical framework of total innovation management,we analyze content and features of all-staff innovation of higher vocational colleges,and then launch a research on cooperation mechanism between all-staff innovation and elements innovation.
