摘要
阐述企业集团研发项目的3种典型管理模式(集中型、战略型、分散型)及其特点与适用条件,分析研发项目管理模式与集团研发体系类型、集团管控模式的对应关系;列举了美国GE公司、法国电力集团、中国石油天然气集团公司和皇家壳牌石油公司研发项目管理模式的案例。
Logically choosing project management model is the key to ensure an enterprise group to increase its RD effectiveness.This paper expatiates on three kinds of typical RD project management models,i.e.,centralization model,strategy model,and decentralization model,their characteristics and appliance conditions.The paper also puts forward the connection among RD project management models,patterns of RD system and modes of management control system.The paper also describes practice cases about RD project management model of GE Group,EDF Group,China National Petroleum Corporation and Shell Group.
