我国本土PCB企业与全球顶尖企业运营现状对比研究

Comparative Study on Current Operation Status of Chinese PCB Companies and World Top Companies

通过研究全球顶尖的三家PCB企业(欣兴、揖斐电、三星电机)的运营现状,包括企业概况、总体业务、PCB业务、业务发展特点、产能、工厂布局、技术水准、设备设施、人均产值、主要客户、盈利能力、扩张计划等方面,首次在PCB业界全面、系统地提出我国本土PCB企业与全球顶尖企业在"硬件"(产能、资金、设备、技术)和"软件"(业务选择、业务发展、企业战略、融资渠道、公司治理、思想意识、企业责任意识)方面的差距;对我国本土企业在全球化竞争中提高竞争力具有重要的借鉴意义。

This paper studies the operation status of world top PCB companies（Unimicron,Ibiden,Samsung EM） including company general situation,PCB and other business status,characterization of business growth,capacity,factory location,technology status,equipment and facility,per capita output value,main customers,profit and expansion plan.The paper first presents the gap between Chinese domestic PCB companies and world top PCB companies in an all-sided and systemic way in PCB industry,which includes ＂hardware＂（capacity,fund,equipment and technology） and ＂software＂（business selection,business growth,strategy,financing channels,corporate governance,ideology and consciousness,and corporate responsibility）.In addition,the paper provides an important reference to improve competitiveness to Chinese domestic PCB companies in globalization competition.
