菩人丹超微粉对糖尿病大鼠视网膜VEGF蛋白表达的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Purendan Ultrafine Powder on the Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Retina of Diabetic Rats

摘要 目的:研究菩人丹超微粉对糖尿病大鼠视网膜中血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(Streptozocin,STZ)注入大鼠腹腔复制糖尿病大鼠模型。实验大鼠随机分为正常、模型和菩人丹超微粉组,在ig给药5个月后处死大鼠取其视网膜,测定VEGF蛋白的表达情况。ig给药1、3、5个月后分别测定大鼠血糖值。结果:正常组大鼠VEGF蛋白表达均为阴性改变,模型组呈强阳性改变,菩人丹超微粉组大鼠呈弱阳性改变,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。ig给药5个月后,模型组血糖与正常组比较显著升高,菩人丹超微粉组血糖与模型组比较显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:菩人丹超微粉可以有效抑制糖尿病大鼠视网膜中VEGF蛋白的表达,降低血糖值,从而起到延缓或治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的作用。 OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of Purendan ultrafine powder on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in retina of diabetic rats by observing the protein expression of retina of rats.METHODS:Diabetic rat models were established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ).The experimental rats were divided into normal group,model group and Purendan ultrafine powder group,and were killed in 5 months to study the expression of VGEF.The level of blood glucose in rats were determined after 1,3,5,months of ig administration.RESULTS:Negative results were obtained in normal group,weakly positive results were obtained in Purendan ultrafine powder group,and strongly positive results were obtained in model group.There were significant difference among those groups(P0.01).After 5 months ig administration,the level of blood glucose in model group increased significantly,compared with normal group.The level of blood glucose in Purendan ultrafine powder group decreased significantly,compared with model group(P0.01).CONCLUSION:Purendan ultrafine powder may relieve or treat diabetic retinopathy by actively suppressing the expression of VEGF and decreasing the level of blood glucose in retina of diabetic rats.
