基于全球价值链知识溢出效应的代工制造业升级模式——以电子信息制造业为例

Research on Upgrading Model of OEM/ODM Based on Knowledge Spillovers on Global Value Chains:Taking Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry as an Example

随着知识经济的加快发展,全球价值链上充裕的知识溢出对中国代工制造业开放式创新产生了重要影响。深入全球价值链代工联盟的知识溢出体系,分析了价值链创新源的示范效应、价值链信息管理效率和价值链知识交互与融合机制对代工企业升级过程的影响。同时,以电子信息制造业为例,归纳出代工企业的三类升级模式,并借鉴台湾电子信息产业发展经验,提出了中国大陆电子信息制造业升级的几点建议。

With the accelerated development of the knowledge economy,knowledge spillovers on global value chains impact on open innovation of OEM/ODM in China.This paper analyzes the impacts on OEM/ODM＇s upgrading process by demonstration effects of innovation sources,information management and knowledge integration and interaction mechanism on global value chains.Taking electronic information manufacturing industry as an example,this paper summarize the three types of upgrading model of OEM/ODM,and propose some suggestions.
