23种中草药提取物对肺炎链球菌的抗菌作用研究

Antibacterial Effects of 23 Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine Extracts on Streptococcus Pneumoniae

目的:研究23种中草药提取物对肺炎链球菌的体外抗菌活性。方法:采用96孔板培养法和涂片法测定23种中草药水、醇提取物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC),采用药敏纸片法比较各提取物的抑菌圈大小。结果:三七、木瓜、黄芩等11种中草药对肺炎链球菌具有抗菌活性,其中三七、木瓜醇提物的抗菌作用最强,其MIC、MBC分别为1∶16、1∶8和1∶8、1∶4,抑菌圈直径分别为14mm和15mm。结论:三七、木瓜的醇提取物具有明显的抗肺炎链球菌作用。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the antibacterial activities of 23 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extracts against Streptococcus pneumoniae（SPN） in vitro.METHODS：The minimal inhibitory concentration（MIC） and minimal bactericidal concentration（MBC） of 23 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extract were determined by 96-well tissue culture microplates and smear method.The diameter of inhibition zone was compared using the Kirby-Baueer disc diffusion.RESULTS：11 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines had antibacterial activities on SPN,such as Panax notoginseng,Chaenomeles speciosa,Scutellaria baicalensis.The ethanol extracts of P.notoginseng and C.speciosa had the strongest antibacterial activities.The MIC,MBC of them were 1：16,1：8 and 1：8,1：4.The diameter of inhibition zone was 15 mm.CONCLUSION：The ethanol extracts of P.notoginseng and C.speciosa have significant antibacterial effects.
