跨国公司在华研发投资的行业决定因素——基于中国规模以上工业企业面板数据的实证研究

The Industry Determinants of Transnational R&D Investment:An Empirical Study of Panel Data Based on Big Size of China's Industrial Enterprises

基于中国规模以上工业企业面板数据从行业视角的实证分析表明,跨国公司在华研发投资的行业决定因素是行业市场规模、行业技术创新及FDI行业分布;竞争对手、行业人力资源及行业政策环境三个变量有待进一步验证,这三个变量在中国具有其特殊性;跨国公司在华研发投资主要目的是支持其在华生产和市场营销。基于研究的政策建议为,政府有效地推动行业技术创新、引导FDI行业分布、区别对待不同行业的跨国研发投资。

Based on the big size of China＇s industrial enterprises,the Empirical Study of panel data from the industry perspective shows that the size of the industry market,the industry technological innovation,the industry distribution of FDI in China are important industry determinants of transnational RD investment.The competitors,the industry human resources and the industry policy environment are three variables pending further verification,which three variables have its uniqueness in China.TNCs RD investment in China is mainly in order to support its marketing and production in China.Based on the empirical study,it is policy recommendations for government to effectively promote technological innovation,to guide the FDI industries distribution,and not to give equal treatment to different sectors of transnational RD investment.
