石榴皮鞣质的急性毒性研究

Study of Acute Toxicity of Punica granatum Tannin

目的:研究石榴皮鞣质的急性毒性反应。方法:小鼠随机分为7个组,分别灌胃给予15963.00、12978.00、10551.12、8578.25、6974.19、5670.07、4609.81mg·kg-1石榴皮鞣质,于给药后每天8时、14时观察并记录其死亡情况,连续观察7d;同时观察肝脏病理学改变。结果:石榴皮鞣质的半数致死量(LD50)为8469.28mg·kg-1,其95%可信限范围为7252.70～9685.83mg·kg-1;病理学改变显示,随剂量增高出现剂量依赖性肝细胞损伤、坏死。结论:石榴皮鞣质高剂量应用可造成小鼠肝脏损伤并导致死亡。

OBJECTIVE：To study the acute toxicity of Punica granatum tannins.METHODS：Mice were randomly divided into 7 groups and given P.granatum tannins 15 963.00 mg·kg-1,12 978.00 mg·kg-1,10 551.12 mg·kg-1,8 578.25 mg·kg-1,6 974.19 mg·kg-1,5 670.07 mg·kg-1 and 4 609.81 mg·kg-1 via intragastric administration.Death cases were observed and recorded twice a day（8 am and 2 pm） for 7d.Pathological changes of liver tissue were observed.RESULTS：The LD50 and 95% confidence limit of P.granatum tannins were 8 469.28 mg·kg-1 and 7 252.70～9 685.83 mg·kg-1,respectively.Injury and necrosis of liver cells were observed in dose-dependent manner.CONCLUTION：High-dose of P.granatum tannins could cause liver damage and death in mice.
