摘要
构建了高管私人关系、情感信任、能力信任与供应链中信息共享之间关系的理论模型。以广东珠三角地区189家制造企业为调查对象,利用结构方程模型对高管私人关系、情感信任、能力信任和信息共享之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,高管私人关系对组织间情感信任和能力信任都有显著的正向影响;在组织间信任中,情感信任对信息共享有显著的正向影响,而能力信任对信息共享的影响并不显著;高管私人关系会通过情感信任间接影响信息共享。研究还表明,管理者不仅要重视与供应链伙伴间建立情感信任来提升信息共享水平,还要善于同合作伙伴建立紧密的高管私人关系来增强和提升企业间情感信任与信息共享水平。
The relationship model between individual guanxi among executives and supplier information sharing in supply chain is proposed with inter-organizational trust as the intermediary based on related literatures and empirically tested using data collected from 189 manufacturing companies in Pearl River Delta.The results show that there are significant positive impacts of executives' individual guanxi on inter-organizational trust of emotion and inter-organizational trust of capability.And trust of emotion has significant positive impact on information sharing,while trust of capability doesn't have significant positive impact on information sharing.We also find that emotional trust play a mediating role between executives' individual guanxi and information sharing.These findings can give some guidelines to managers,not only put emphasis on the emotional trust building to improve information sharing,but also need to cultivate close executives' individual guanxi to enhance emotional trust with partners and to advance information sharing level.
