An Empirical Research on LMX,TMX Influencing Employee Innovation in Mergers and Acquisitions:Based on Threat-rigidity Theory

摘要 从威胁刚性理论的视角,探索了企业并购期间员工的威胁感知程度和员工创新行为之间的关系,并且证明了领导成员交换、团队成员交换对这种关系的调节作用。 In this paper,using Threat-rigidity Theory,we explored the relationship between employee threat perception and employee innovation in mergers and acquisitions.Then,we proved that the leader-member exchange and team-member exchange could moderate this kind of effect.
