摘要
目的:建立测定双花颗粒中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Shimpack VP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(10:90),检测波长为326nm,流速为1.0m L.min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:绿原酸的进样浓度在5.4~54.0μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997);平均加样回收率为99.05%,RSD=4.22%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确、简便、可靠,可用于双花颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid in Shuanghua granules.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.Chromatographic conditions were as follows:Shimpack VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(10:90) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 under a detection wavelength at 326 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS:The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 5.4~54.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 7) with an average recovery rate of 99.05%(RSD=4.22%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,reliable and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Shuanghua granules.
