摘要
虹膜识别系统中,虹膜图像质量的好坏直接影响识别的精度。针对虹膜采集过程,提出一种全面的虹膜质量评估方法,利用直方图对虹膜图像进行总体评估、对瞳孔定位;利用瞳孔圆心与亮斑重心之间的距离判断亮斑的位置与瞳孔的偏离度;利用总有界变差对虹膜感兴趣区域进行清晰度的判断;利用直线拟合法定位眼睑并对虹膜有效区域进行判断。实验证明,本文提出的方法切实可行。
In iris recognition system, iris image′s quality directly affects the recognition accuracy. This paper proposes an improved iris image quality evaluation method, which used overall evaluation of iris image by histogram, determined the location of bright spots by calculating the distance between the pupil′s center and spots. Definition of iris image is evaluated through total bounded variation, effective area of the iris image is estimated by linear fitting approach. The experiment results show that the method is feasible.
