摘要
合成了以β-环糊精为主体,罗丹明B为客体的包合物。采用分光光度法和荧光光谱法研究了β-CD和罗丹明B的包合作用,确定了包合物的化学计量比为1∶1;同时从微环境的角度探讨了多种条件对β-CD和罗丹明B形成包合物的荧光影响。结果表明:溶液中微环境的不同对客体及超分子包合物的电子光谱有着显著而不同的影响。采用红外光谱法和分子模拟对包合物进行研究,进一步确定了包合物的形成及形成包合物的包合方式。
A series of rhodamine B inclusion complexes with β-cyclodextrin were synthesized and studied by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectrometry and the stoichiometric ratio of the complexation is 1∶1.Meanwhile influence of various conditions including concentration of β-CD,organic reagent as well as the pH value on the fluorescence intensities of the complexes was investigated,and the stability constants of guest molecules in the aqueous solution of β-CD were also studied by fluorescence spectroscopy at 15 ℃、30 ℃、45 ℃ and in different organic reagents.The results indicated micro-enviroment has great effect on the electromagnetic spectra of inclusion complexes,and the inclusion complexes were formed easily when temperature was lower and the solution polarity was stronger.β-CD and rhodamine B complexes were examined by infrared spectrometry and molecular modeling analysis,the results demonstrated formation mechanism of the inclusion complexes.
