化学计量学-分光光度法同时测定饲料中的诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星和洛美沙星 被引量:6

Simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of norfloxaxin,ofloxacin and lomefloxacin in pig feedstuffs with chemometric methods

摘要 在pH1.81的Britton-Robinson(B-R)缓冲溶液中对诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星和洛美沙星三组分混合溶液进行光度测定,所得的重叠光谱数据用经典最小二乘(CLS),主成分回归(PCR),偏最小二乘(PLS)和径向基人工神经网络(RBF-ANN)方法处理和分析,结果表明RBF-ANN对合成样中三种药物浓度的预报结果较好。该法解决了诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星和洛美沙星在紫外区均有吸收,吸收光谱相互重叠而互相干扰,难以进行直接分析的问题。该法还被用于实际样饲料中三种药物的测定,获得了较好的定量分析结果。诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星和洛美沙星的线性范围分别为0.6~13.8 mg/L,0.5~15.0 mg/L和0.5~15.0 mg/L;检出限分别为0.14,0.24和0.06 mg/L。 In the paper,the chemometric methods,such as classical least square(CLS),principal component regression(PCR),partial least square(PLS) and radial basis function-artificial neural network(RBF-ANN) were applied to the simultaneous determination of three compounds of synthetic samples in a Britton-Robinson(B-R) buffer solution(pH1.81).The results showed that RBF-ANN had advantages for the prediction of the analytes over other chemometric methods(CLS,PCR and PLS).Norfloxacin,ofloxacin and lomefloxacin have ultrariolet absorption and their absorption spectra are severely overlapped.So they can be determined individually by spectrophotometry without prior separation.Following the validation of the proposed method,it was successfully applied to the determination of norfloxacin,ofloxacin and lomefloxacin in pig feedstuffs.Besides,linear calibration graphs were obtained in the concentration range of 0.6~13.8 mg/L,0.5~15.0 mg/L and 0.5~15.0 mg/L,respectively,and limit of detections were 0.14,0.24 and,0.06 mg/L,respectively.
