摘要
本文研究了铁基粉末冶金材料的摩擦学性能,研究结果表明:硫化铁基粉末冶金材料基体中均匀分布着软质FeS相,改善了材料的摩擦学性能,实际铁基材料侧板的极限载荷是25MPa,达到高压齿轮泵的工作要求。
The tribological properties of the Fe based powder metallurgy gear pump side plate were investigated in this paper.The results show that the soft FeS phase disperses in the powder metallurgy materials sulfidation Fe-based matrix which can improve the tribological properties of the materials.The limit load capacity reaches 25 MPa,which can meet the needs of the working conditions of high pressure gear pumps.
