白藜芦醇对大强度运动大鼠肾脏功能的保护作用 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨白藜芦醇对大强度运动后大鼠肾脏功能的保护作用。方法:将24只两月龄SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组、运动组、运动+白藜芦醇组,每组8只,运动组在活动跑台上进行大强度跑台训练。实验持续8周后,测试肾脏各项指标。结果:大强度运动可造成大鼠肾脏中MDA、总NOSi、NOS、NO显著升高,总SOD、CuZn-SOD、GSH-Px、cNOS、Na+K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase显著下降。补充白藜芦醇可使大鼠运动后肾脏中MDA、总NOSi、NOS、NO下降,总SOD、CuZn-SOD、Mn-SOD、GSH-Px、cNOS、Na+,K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase水平升高。结论:白藜芦醇可增强肾脏的抗氧化能力,保持肾脏酶活性。提示白藜芦醇对大强度运动后肾脏功能有良好保护作用。 Objective: To examine the protective effects of resveratrol on kidney in intensive exercise rats.Method: Twenty-four 2-month old SD mice were selected and divided into control group,exercise group,and exercise+resveratrol group randomly.There were eight mice in each group.Mice of exercise group were trained on intensive treadmill for eight weeks.Followings indicators of kidney were detected.Results: Levels of renal MDA,total NOS,iNOS,NO increased significantly in rats after intensive exercise;while those of total SOD,CuZn-SOD,GSH-Px,cNOS,Na+K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase decreased significantly in rats after intensive exercise.The supplement of resveratrol degraded levels of renal MDA,total NOS,iNOS,NO after intensive exercise;while raised those of total SOD,CuZn-SOD,GSH-Px,cNOS,Na+,K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase after intensive exercise.Conclusion: The study demonstrated that resveratrol could enhance renal antioxygen and enzymatic activity which suggested the protective effects of resveratrol on renal function in intensive exercise rats.
