高新区创新系统的层次性特征研究 被引量:18

摘要 高新区的创新能力和引领作用得到了普遍认可,但作为其创新能力支撑的创新系统需要我们进行深入的探讨。文章首先以演化经济学和区域创新系统相关理论为基础,分析了高新区创新系统所具有的三个层次及其相互影响关系,然后在高新区内通过调查问卷进行数据收集,利用结构方程建模进行实证分析。结果显示,模型假设的创新环境、产业集群和创新型企业之间具有明显的层次性和影响关系,产业集群作为中间层次的独立性显著成立,高新区创新系统的层次性特征明显。 The innovation ability and leading role of High-tech industrial development zone has been widely recognized,but as its ability to support innovation and innovation systems need to be discussed more deeply.Firstly,we analyzed the three levels and relationships between high-tech industrial development zone based on evolutionary economics and the theory of regional innovation systems.Then we collected questionary data,and used structural equation modeling to conduct an empirical analysis.The results show that the model assumptions of innovative environment,industry clusters and innovative enterprises have a clear hierarchy characteristic and interrelationship.It is also shown that the independence of industrial clusters as an intermediate level is significant.High-tech industrial development zone is a regional innovation system with significant level characteristics.
