多索茶碱对支气管哮喘大鼠肺部基质金属蛋白酶-9的影响 被引量:1

Effect of theophylline on metalloprotease-9 airway of asthmatic mouse

摘要 目的探讨多索茶碱对支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)大鼠肺部炎症的影响,以及在哮喘发病时基质金属蛋白酶9在肺部沉积的影响。方法①免疫组织化学法检测基质金属蛋白酶9在肺部沉积的情况;②肺组织学检查;③酶联免疫吸附实验检测外周血总IgE水平。结果哮喘组支气管肺泡灌洗液中及血清巾IgE的水平明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);基质金属蛋白酶-9在肺部的沉积也明显多于对照组;而多索茶碱干预组IgE水平以及外周血总IgE水平明显低于哮喘组(P〈o.05),肺组织病变减轻,基质金属蛋白酶9的沉积也明显减少(P〈o.05)。结论多索茶碱能减少基质金属蛋白酶-9在肺部的沉积,延缓气道重塑的发展。 Objective To investigate effect of theophylline on inflammatory airway of asthmatic mouse, and depositive effect of metalloprotease -9 when patient fall in asthma. Methods ①Detect matrix metalloproteinase 9 deposit in bellows (immunohistochemical method ). ② Inspection of bellows histological anatomy.③Detect the contents IgE of peripheral blood (ELISA). Results The group of asthma's level of IgE in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid higher than control group ( P 〈0.05). The deposit of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in asthma more than control group. However,the contents of level of IgE in group of theophylline intervention were lower than in asthma (P〈0.05). The deposit of matrix metalloproteinase 9 have decrease obviously (P 〈7 0.05 ). Conclusions Theophylline can lessen the deposit of matrix metalloproteinase-9 have decrease obviously ( P 〈0.05).
