摘要
目的为了更加准确有效地监测近交系小鼠的遗传质量,对近交系小鼠的8个遗传生化标记杂合位点进行研究。方法将近交系小鼠CBA/Ca与BALB/c交配得到杂交F1代动物CCBF1,同时将近交系小鼠CBA/Ca与C57BL/6交配得到杂交F1代动物B6CBF1,对CCBF1和B6CBF1进行遗传生化标记检测。结果找到近交系小鼠8个遗传生化标记的杂合位点。结论近交系小鼠的8个遗传生化标记位点相对应的等位基因均为共显性,杂合位点的图谱可以作为监测近交系小鼠质量的判定标准。
Objective To explore heterozygote of 8 biochemical markers of inbred mice in order to monitor correctly and efficiently the genetic quality of inbred mice. Methods Filial generation 1 CCBF1 were obtained by intercrossing of CBA/Ca and BALB/c;and filial generation 1 B6CBF1 were also obtained by intercrossing of CBA/ Ca and C57BL/6. Then CCBF1 and B6CBF1 were monitored by biochemical markers. Results Heterozygote of 8 biochemical markers of inbred mice was obtained. Conclusion Alleles of 8 biochemical markers are co-dominant, and their heterozygote maps can be criterion of monitoring the genetic quality of inbred mice.
