摘要
为了解比格犬组织器官的自发疾病,为药物的安全性评价提供背景资料,采用病理组织学方法对8～12月龄的36只比格犬主要脏器进行了观察,发现,肝脏、心脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏等组织器官均有不同程度的自发病变。
A histopathological study was carried out on spontaneous lesions in 40 beagle dogs employed in toxicity studies. Lesions detected included acidophilie crystalline intraocular inclusion in the liver and kidney, atrophy and cyst formation in the thymus,siderofibrotic nodules in the spleen, and parafollicular cell hyperplasia in the thyroid. In addition,fatty and vacuolar degeneration, and nodular hyperplasia in the adrenal gland also be found.
