毓明方对治疗性视网膜激光损伤的防治作用

Protective effect of yumingfang (毓明方)on damage of retina in treatment with laser photocoagulation

目的：观察中药毓明方对治疗性视网膜激光损伤的防治作用。方法：采用自身前后对照设计。接受激光治疗的２７例患者随机分为空白对照组、西药组和中药组。同等状况的激光光凝治疗后２４小时开始用药。１个月后测定激光区视野平均视敏度阈值，并与治疗前比较。结果：药物治疗后中药组阈值与其他两组比较明显改善（Ｐ＜００５，Ｐ＜００１）。结论：毓明方可改善激光光凝治疗区视野视敏度的平均视阈值，对治疗性激光视网膜损伤有防治作用。

OBJECTIVE: To research the protective effect of yumingfang(毓明方) on damage of retina in treatment of laser photocoagulation METHODS: A design of oneself comparison according to pretreatment and post-treament was performed Twenty-seven patients who had been treated with laser photocoagulation were divided random into no treatment group, medical group, and traditional Chinese medicine group Laser photocoagulations with same condition were performed and treatment with medicine began in 24 hours The thresholds of mean acuity at visual field of photocoaguted retina were determined one month late, and the data was compared with pretreatment RESULTS: At the end of treatment with medicine improvement of mean acuity of mean acuity at visual field of photocoaguted retina was better than other two groups( P <0 05, P <0 01) CONCLUSION:Yumingfang could improve mean acuity of mean acuity at visual field of photocoaguted retina , and have a protective effect on laser damage of retina photocoaguted
