帽儿山高山滑雪场经营管理人才发展现状

帽儿山滑雪场自2003年开业以来已经经营了8年多的时间,近几年在经营管理者的带领下经营状况越来越好,但是仍然存在着缺乏体育管理专业人才、经营理念陈旧、缺乏健全的管理人员培训体系等一系列的问题,因此对其现状进行分析和研究,提出相应的发展对策,以便提高滑雪场经营管理人才的素质以适应滑雪旅产业的不断发展。
