摘要
文章以河北省物流产业集团有限公司为例,对物流集团实施并购整合的政策环境与核心能力进行梳理。分析表明,良好的发展机遇和政策导向以及物流集团自身特有的核心能力,为企业实施并购整合奠定了良好的基础。为进一步推动物流集团确立行业主导地位,应坚持政府引导,实施企业运作,推进企业并购进程;积极防范风险,规范操作步骤,推进企业整合进程;围绕战略目标,促进要素整合,提升企业核心竞争力。同时,还要结合集团实际,发展商贸流通业;围绕钢铁生产企业,实施供应链整合,发展生产性服务业;围绕物流园区建设,实施并购重组,发展现代物流业。
Taking Hebei Logistic And Industry Group Co., Ltd. as the example, the author analyzes the policy environment and core capabilities of this group to implement M&A. The analysis shows that the sound opportunity for development, policy orientation and the special core capabilities help lay a solid foundation for implementing M&A. To further promote the establishment of the leading position of logistics groups, we should, first, adhere to the guidance of government and promote the process of M&A; second, we should positively handle the risk, standardize operation and promote the process of integration; third, we should promote the integration of key factors and the core competitiveness of the enterprises; fourth, we should, in the light of the current situation of the groups, develop the industry of commerce circulation; fifth, we should, in terms of the steal enterprises, implement the integration of supply chain and develop productive service industry; and sixth, we should, in terms of the construction of logistics park, implement M&A and develop modern logistics industry.
