金融危机下企业职业经理人风险防范研究

Research on Risk Prevention of Professional Managers after Financial Crisis

职业经理人在企业中经常出现的风险有企业与职业经理人之间的冲突、职业经理人的隐蔽违规风险、职业经理人的道德风险,其原因主要是职业经理人在工作中面临较大压力,企业的衡量标准失衡等。应着重从制度防范和道德防范等方面着手,完善产权制度,建立公平合理的工作评价体系、职业经理人诚信机制、企业内部激励机制和企业信息系统。

The author put forward that risks related to professional managers in the enterprises include conflict between professional managers and enterprise, hidden illegal risk of them, and moral hazard about them; some reasons for those risks are working pressure,the imbalanced measuring standard in the enterprise,and so on. In the light of global financial crisis,we should formulate a fair and rational evaluation system in terms of institutional prevention and moral prevention.
