高原肺动脉高压大鼠重返平原后Caspase-3的表达

摘要 目的探讨低氧性肺动脉高压大鼠重返平原后肺组织Caspase-3的表达。方法将80只大鼠随机分为高原组(10、20、30d)、平原组(10、20、30、90d)、正常对照组。以低压低氧复制肺动脉高压模型。进行免疫印迹方法测定凋亡蛋白半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(caspase-3)在各组的表达。结果 (1)高原20d后caspase-3的表达与正常对照组相比明显减少(P<0.05);(2)重返平原20、30d较高原20、30dcaspase-3的表达有所恢复(P<0.05)。结论重返平原后肺动脉高压大鼠的caspase-3表达增加。 Objective To investigate the expression of Caspase-3 of rats with hypoxic pulmonary hypertensive after returned plain.Methods Eighty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,hypoxic groups(10 days,20 days,30 days) and returned plain groups(10 days,20 days,30 days).Expression of Caspase-3 protein was detected by Western blotting.Results(1)In comparis on with the control group,the expression level of Caspase-3 in 20 days hypoxia group was lower(P 0.05).(2) The expression level of Caspase-3 in returning plain 20 days and 30 days groups were higher than in 20 days and 30 days hypoxia groups(P0.05).(3)The expression level of Caspase-3 in returning plain 20 days was still lower than the control group.Conclusion Returning plain can increase Caspase-3 of hypoxic pulmonary hypertensive rats and promote apoptosis.
