心电图ST-T改变对冠心病的诊断价值

目的通过分析患者的冠状动脉造影和心电图ST-T改变结果,探讨心电图ST-T改变对冠状动脉疾病诊断的价值。方法选取自2008年5月～2010年10月收治的拟诊断为冠心病患者106例,回顾性分析其冠状动脉造影结果与常规心电图资料,并将诊断结果分组行统计学分析。结果所有患者中冠脉造影阳性者82例,其中心电图ST-T改变者48例;而冠脉造影阴性者24例,其中心电图ST-T改变者11例,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,冠脉造影阳性者38例的单支病变中有12例出现心电图ST-T改变,44例多支病变中有15例出现心电图ST-T改变,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论诊断冠心病不能单纯依靠心电图ST-T改变,因其假阳性和假阴性率均较高,应早期行冠脉造影明确诊断。

Objective To discusses the value of change of electrocardiogram ST-T coronary artery disease diagnosis through the analysis of the patient＇s coronary arteriography and electrocardiogram ST-T change results,Methods coronary heart disease patients Select our hospital from May 2008 to October 2010 were diagnosis of 106 cases,were retrospectively analyzed its coronary angiography results and DCG material,and will do statistical analysis the diagnosis result grouping.Results All patients 82 cases of coronary angiography positive,including ECG ST-T change in 48 cases;but the coronary angiography negative 24 cases,including ECG ST-T change 11 cases change makers,compares the differences between the two groups was not statistically significant（P0.05）.In addition,the 38 patients with coronary angiography positive single lesions 12 cases appear electrocardiogram ST-T change,44 cases of multivessel disease 15 cases of electrocardiogram ST-T change,the differences between the two groups was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Diagnostic coronary heart disease can＇t only depend upon the electrocardiogram ST-T change,because its false positives and false negative rate were higher,should do coronary angiography early diagnosis.
