刺络放血结合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的观察刺络放血结合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将61例患者随机分为治疗组(31例)与对照组(30例),治疗组采用针刺结合刺络放血法治疗。对照组采用单纯针刺治疗。1个月后对症状的改善情况进行对照观察。结果治疗组总有效率为93.5%,对照组为83.3%。经统计学处理,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论刺络放血结合针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效更好。

Objective To observe the pricking blood therapy combined with acupuncture clinical effect of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 61 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（31 cases） and control group（30 cases）,the treatment group received acupuncture treatment combined with pricking blood,the control group treated with simple acupuncture.1 month after the symptoms were observed to improve the situation.Results The total effective rate was 93.5%,control group was 83.3%.Statistical analysis,two groups were significantly different（P 0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with pricking blood treatment of lumbar disc herniation better.
