卡贝缩宫素在预防和治疗剖宫产术中术后出血的临床研究

Clinical research of Carbetocin in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section

目的观察卡贝缩宫素预防与治疗剖宫产术中术后出血的疗效。方法 210例有产后出血倾向的孕妇随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组160例术中预防使用卡贝缩宫素,对照组50例常规使用缩宫素,比较两组术中及术后24h出血量。结果观察组术中出血量、24h出血量、产后出血发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论卡贝缩宫素预防与治疗剖宫产术中术后出血疗效显著。

【Objective】 To observe the clinical efficiency of Carbetocin in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.【Methods】 210 cases with the tendency of postpartum hemorrhage were classified into control group and observation group randomly.160 cases in observation group were applied with Carbetocin during the operation for prevention.50 cases in control group were treated with oxytocin.Hemorrhage was observed during and 24 h after operation in the two groups.【Results】 Compared with control group,bleeding volume during and 24 h after operation and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage were significantly lower in observation group（P 0.01）.【Conclusion】 Carbetocin is effective significantly in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
