基于文献计量的国内外信息与文献国家标准对比研究

Comparisons of Information and Documentation Standards Between China and Developed Countries Based on Bibliometrics

认为对标准文献进行文献计量学分析,其结果可作为标准制修订、发布活动和标准化发展趋势的风向标。基于文献计量学的方法,对我国信息与文献领域的国家标准与发达国家的标准文献进行对比分析,以期为我国信息与文献领域未来的国家标准制修订工作提供决策依据。

Documents of standards are those developed according to specified procedure, approved by authorized organizations, distributed in special forms, and broadly and repeatedly used within certain scope, including a whole set of regulations, rules, requirements, and etc. Bibliometrie analysis results on the researches of the documents of standards can be taken as the indications for the development, revision and distribution of standards as well as future trend of standardization. Based on Bibliometric analysis, the national information and document standards between developed countries and China are thoroughly compared and analyzed in terms of the number, standard age, publication date, technical area and adoption of international standards, which might lay a good basis for the declsion-making for the development and revision of future standards.
