格尔木网络购物采纳意向影响因素实证研究 被引量:1

An Empirical Analysis of Factors Influencing Online Shopping Intention of On-the Job Person in Golmud

摘要 基于技术接受模型和已有研究,从感知的有用性易用性、人口统计因素、感知风险,网络直接使用经验几个方面分析我国格尔木在职人员采纳网络购物这种行为意向的影响因素,还针对地区差异增加了区域文化、快递服务两个因素,构建网络购物采纳意向影响因素的研究模型,并对结构模型进行实证分析。 According to technology acceptance model and literature review, the reasons why on-the-job persons in Golmud, China have intention to accept online shopping are explored from five aspects, including demographic factors, perceived usefulness and easeof-use, Internet use experience and perceived risk. Considering the local characteristics, two factors, regional culture and express delivery service, are also joined in an integrated model of comsumer online shopping intention factors. And the empirical analysis is performed
