摘要
以某汽车冲压车间设备布局的调整优化为研究对象,通过以汽车冲压工艺为导向,构建成组生产单元设备布局基本框架;应用遗传算法求解,实现车间设备布局的成本最小化;运用Flexsim软件,验证车间设备布局优化方案的研究方法,以调整优化汽车冲压车间设备布局,不仅满足了汽车冲压车间产能的需求,减少压力机的投入成本,更重要的是提高了汽车冲压车间的综合效益,为汽车冲压车间设备布局优化调整提供了一条新的思路和方法。
An equipment layout of automobile stamping plant has been adjusted and optimized as study object. The process of automobile stamping oriented to construct the groups of basic framework for the layout of production unit equipment. Genetic algorithm has been used to achieve the layout of workshop equipment to minimize the cost. Flexsim software has been used to validate the research methods of facility layout optimization program. And the layout of automotive press shop equipments can he adjusted and optimized. So automotive stamping plant not only meets the needs of production and reduces input costs presses,but also improve the overall efficiency of automobile stamping plant. At the same time,it is a new way of thinking and methods of workshop equipment on optimal adjustment of the layout provides in automotive stamping for your information and reference.
