Anatomical observation on arteries of conus arteriosus

目的 动脉圆锥的动脉解剖学观察。方法 在50例经动脉灌注红色乳胶的成年国人尸体上及在5例冠状动脉塑型标本上解剖观察心脏动脉圆锥的动脉供应。结果 动脉圆锥的动脉大都来源于右冠状动脉的圆锥支和左冠状动脉前室间支的动脉圆锥支,它们大都在动脉圆锥部吻合。结论 本文研究了动脉圆锥部的动脉供应及其吻合,为临床应用提供了形态学依据。

Objective Observation on arterial distribution of conus arteriosus. Methods 50 adult cadavers perfused with red latex via artery and 5 plastic specimens of coronary arteries were dissected and observed on arteries of conus arteriosus. Results Arteries of conus arteriosus were mainly branches of conus arteriosus from right coronary artery and branches of conus arteriosus from anterior interventricular artery of left coronary artery. These branches of conus arteriosus were mostly anastomosed in this area. Conclusion This study dealt with blood supply and arterial anastomosis in conus arteriosus, and provided morphological basis for clinical medicine.
