悦脾开胃颗粒治疗小儿脾虚夹积型厌食症34例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 34 Cases of Infantile Anorexia of Spleen Deficiency with Food Retention Treated by Yuepi Kaiwei Granule

目的观察悦脾开胃颗粒治疗小儿厌食症脾虚夹积型的临床疗效。方法选择符合诊断标准的患儿随机分为治疗组34例,对照组31例。治疗组口服悦脾开胃颗粒,1岁以下每次7.5g,1-4岁每次10g,5-9岁每次15g,10岁以上每次20g,每日2次;对照组口服启脾口服液,1岁以下每次3ml,1-4岁5ml,5-9岁7.5ml,10岁以上10ml,每日3次。两组均连用14天。治疗前后观察两组患儿临床症状总积分及食欲减退、食量减少积分。结果治疗组总有效率83.94%,对照组总有效率64.63%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）;两组临床症状总积分以及食欲减退、食量减少积分均较治疗前明显减少（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,且两组治疗后以上积分比较差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论悦脾开胃颗粒治疗小儿厌食症脾虚夹积型疗效确切,优于启脾口服液。

Objective To observe the effect of Yuepi Kaiwei Granule（Granule for activating the spleen to whet the appetite） on the infantile anorexia of spleen deficiency with food retention.Methods The enrolled patients were randomized into the treatment group（34 cases） and the control group（31 cases）.The treatment group orally took Yuepi Kaiwei Granule of the following dosage,i.e.,under the age of 1 year 7.5g each time,1 to 4 years old 10g,5 to 9 years old 15g,10 years old and older 20g,twice a day.The control group took orally Qipi Koufuye（Liquid for promoting the spleen） of the following dosage,i.e.,under the age of 1 year 3ml each time,1 to 4 years old 5ml,5 to 9 years old 7.5ml,10 years old and over 10ml,three times a day.Both groups were medicated for 14 days in succession.The total score of clinical symptoms and the scores of anorexia and reduce of appetite of children of both groups were evaluated before and after the treatment respectively.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.94% and that of the control group was 64.63%,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.The total score of clinical symptoms and the scores of anorexia and reduce of appetite of both groups were significantly reduced than those of before treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and after treatment the above mentioned scores were statistically different in comparison between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yuepi Kaiwei Granule is effective in the treatment of infantile anorexia of spleen deficiency with food retention,better than Qipi Koufuye.
