摘要
构建考察新型农村合作医疗专项转移支付资金目标实现的框架,以宁夏3个项目县新型农村合作医疗实施情况为特例,实证分析新型农村合作医疗专项转移支付目标的实现情况及存在的问题,并提供合理化的政策建议。
A framework for investigating the realization of the goal of the special transfer payment to new rural cooperative medical treatment is constructed. Through taking three countries in Ningxia Province as examples, empirical analysis is done to analyze the achievement and the existing problems of the goal of the special transfer payment to new rural cooperative medical treatment, and rational recommendations are proposed.
