摘要
为满足某6061铝合金筒形件产品较高的形状、尺寸精度及机械性能要求,对热挤压态6061铝合金管坯件旋前不同热处理工艺规范(退火、固溶、不完全退火和半固溶)进行了分析比较,研究获得不同热处理工艺规范对旋压成形过程及其性能的影响规律。结果表明,对热挤压态6061铝合金管坯件而言,在旋压成形前进行半固溶处理(即将管坯加热到460℃,保温30 min,水冷),可确保旋压过程变形稳定,并使经旋压后产品的抗拉强度满足不低于245 MPa的要求。
To meet the requirement of the high shape,dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of the 6061 aluminum alloy thin-walled tubular part,the different heat treatments,such as the anneal,solution,incomplete annealing and half solution,of the 6061 aluminum alloy hot extrusion tubes before spinning were analyzed.The influence of the heat treatment on the spinning process and the mechanical properties of the spun part were obtained.The results show that for the 6061 aluminum alloy hot extrusion tube,the spinning process proceeds smoothly and the tensile mechanical property of spun part is no less than 245 MPa through the half solution heat treatment(heating to 460 ℃,insulation 30 min,water-cooling)before spinning.
