摘要
在设计阶段及时发现机械存在不安全隐患,并进行设计更改,是保证机械安全非常有效和经济的一种方法。对机械实施风险评价的目的是识别风险、评估和评定风险,以便最终减小风险。通过对冲压机可能产生的危险、危险状态、危险事件以及可能造成的伤害,根据严重程度、暴露度、事件发生的概率和避免的可能性,采用风险图法计算风险指数。对风险指数高的危险采取风险减小措施,再对风险减小措施采取之后的风险进行评价,最终达到冲压机的本质安全。
Unsafe hidden danger of machine is found in time in the design phase and the design changes are carried on which is an effective and economic way to guarantee machinery safety.The purpose of implementing the risk evaluation of mechanical is to identify the risk,assessment and evaluation so as to eventually reduce the risk.Through analying the possible danger,danger state,dangerous events and damage occurred in press,according to the severity,exposure degrees,probability of occurrence of hazardous events and possibility of avoidance,the risk index was calculated using risk graph method.When the risk index was high,the risk reduction was adopted,and the risk would be evaluated after the reduction,then the essential safety of the press eventually was reached.
