摘要
根据支撑板的技术要求,对支撑板进行了工艺分析,介绍了支撑板弯曲模具的主要工作原理,然后针对支撑板弯曲模在弯曲时易出现的弯曲回弹、弯裂等质量问题,研究了解决办法,确定了改进措施;特别分析了弯曲高度较小的厚板料在弯曲时因受凸模的挤压力作用,会在工件表面产生压痕的问题,从而阐述了所采取的工艺方法;针对性地描述了如何对模具的弯曲凸模、弯曲凹模等主要工作部件进行结构改进,从而解决了支撑板弯曲的先后顺序问题,保证了支撑板的表面质量。
According to the support board's technical requirements,the process of the support board was analyzed,and the work principle of its bending die was introduced.Then in view of the support board's quality problems of resilience and breaks during bending,ways of solving the problems were researched and the improving measures were selected.Specially,the question was analyzed that the surface of the workpiece had scratches for the bending punch would extrude the plate when the smaller bending height of the thick plate was bended.The process methods adopted were expatiated.Then the structural improvement of the major part of bending punch and bending female die were described,and the problem of the order of bending was solved,which ensured the surface quality of the support board.
