摘要
分析了24针顶壳零件的结构工艺性和冲压工艺,介绍了零件的排样方案、模具的总体结构、主要零部件的设计。某些精度高的弯曲部位,在弯曲之前采用预备整形。凸模的设计也采用多种结构形式,既保证了工作零件的强度,又便于制造。该模具具有结构紧凑、工作平稳、操作简便、生产效率高的特点。
The technological property and the stamping technology of 24 pin top shell were analysed.Layout scheme,total structure of the mould,design of the key parts were introduced.To reach high precision,preparative sizing was carried out before bending.Varied punches were designed for the die to get high working strength and manufacturing easy.The mould structure is compact,working smoothly,operating conveniently and has high production efficiency.
