摘要
为了解决自由锻企业生产计划管理中存在的问题,开发了生产计划管理系统。主要研究了系统需求、业务流程、功能模块、体系结构;并对"正排/倒排"相结合的订单处理流程、锻造任务排序、锻造工序生产计划数学模型等关键技术进行研究。该生产计划管理系统将计划与动态环境集成,运行良好,优化了计划编排效率与合理性,保证了计划与生产一致性,提高了交货期评审的响应速度和准确性。
Production planning management system was developed to resolve the problems of production planning management existing in forging enterprises.System requirements,business process,function modules and system structure were mainly studied.The key technologies involved in the production planning management were studied including order processing flow combined with "Order/Invert",forging task sorting,production planning mathematical modeling of forging process.The system integrates production planning and dynamic environment and functions well which results in efficient-reasonable planning,high accordance of plan with production,quick response to accurate delivery date assessment.
