从痰饮论治慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症晚期的体会

Experience in the Treatment of Late Urinaemia of Chronic Renal Failure from the Theory of Phlegm and Fluid

将慢性肾功能尿毒症晚期的症状和病机与中医痰饮病作分析比较，认为有诸多相近相似之处，因此以痰饮证治方法治疗尿毒症晚期，在利水泻浊的同时，重点强调“病痰饮者，当以温药和之”。

In analytic comparison of the symptoms and pathogenesis in the late stage of urinaemia of chronic renal failure with phlegm and fluid diseases in Chinese medicine,the author believes that there are many similarities among them.Therefore,in the treatment of urinaemia in the late stage with the diagnostic and therapeutic methods for phlegm and fluid diseases,better therapeutic results have been achieved by stressing the principle “to harmonize with the warm drugs for the patients with phlegm and fluid” besides the promotion of urination.
