益气化痰、益气健脾、化痰法治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效比较

Comparison of Therapeutic Results in Chronic Bronchitis Treated by the Methods to Benefit Qi and Disperse Phlegm,to Benefit Qi and Strengthen the Spleen and to Disperse Phlegm

８例慢性支气管炎患者，随机分为益气化痰组、益气健脾组、化痰组，分别在夏秋季治疗，冬春季观察疗效。结果：各组总有效率益气化痰组为７３．９％，益气健脾组为５２．２％，化痰组为２２．７％。观察淋巴细胞转化率（简称淋转率）、ＮＫ细胞活性、嗜中性细胞吞噬指数，益气化痰组有较显著变化，益气健脾组ＮＫ细胞活性变化不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５），化痰组３项指标均无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。按中医辨证分型观察，脾气虚、肺气虚患者的３项免疫指标治疗前后比较Ｐ＜０．０５；无虚证患者淋转率治疗前后比较Ｐ＜０．０５，余２项免疫指标则无显著改变。

cases of chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into the Qi benefiting and phlegm dispersing group,the Qi benefiting and spleen strengthening group and the phlegm dispersing group and were treated respectively in summer and autumn and in winter and spring for observation of the therapeutic results.The results showed that the total effective rate was 73.9% in the Qi benefiting and phlegm dispersing group,52.2% in the Qi benefiting and spleen strengthening group and 22.7% in the phlegm dispersing group.It was observed that there was significant change in lymphocyte transformation rate,NK cell activity and phagocytic index of neutrophilic cell in the Qi benefiting and phlegm dispersing group,no significant change in NK cell activity in the Qi benefiting and spleen strengthening group( P <0.05)and no obvious change in three items at all in the phlegm dispersing group( P >0.05).In the observation by pattern identification in Chinese medicine,comparison of the immune indexes before and after treatments in three items in the patients with spleen Qi deficienty was P<0.05.Comparison of lymphocyte transformation rate before and after treatments in the patients without deficient syndrome was P <0.05.There was no significant change in the rest two items of the immune indexes.
