A Ponderation on Clinical Loss and Gain

介绍高年痰喘，升阳致瘫；肾虚肠枯，本病标治；肝郁气滞，误补壅塞；久痛入络，疏肝忘瘀等四则临证失察误治病例，通过反思，辨证求因，审因论治而纠偏正误。

This article introduces four clinical cases treated by mistakes in diagnosis and therapeutic methods,in which paralysis was caused by raising yang in the elder with phlegm and asthma;only symptoms were treated without consideration of the original problem in intestinal dryness due to kidney deficiency;accumulation was produced by tonification in mistake for liver Qi stagnstion;stagnation was forgotten in soothing the liver in involvement of collaterals by lingering pain.This article also tells how to correct mistakes by figuring the causative factors from pattern identification and deciding the therapies from the causative factors.
