痔科熏洗方促进肛瘘术后创口愈合的疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Results of “Hemorrhoids Fuming and Washing Form ula”In Promoting Wound Healing After An al Fistulectomy

运用痔科熏洗方治疗２００例肛瘘术后患者，另设洁尔阴、ＰＰ粉对照组进行疗效比较。结果：痔科熏洗方组总有效率达９１．３％，高于洁尔阴组的８２．０％、ＰＰ粉组的７４．０％；熏洗组伤口平均愈合时间较ＰＰ粉组提前３天，比洁尔阴组提前１天；术后伤口疼痛、渗液等症状改善，熏洗组疗效明显优于各对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示痔科熏洗方对肛瘘术后伤口愈合有显著临床疗效。

cases of the patients after anal fi stulectomy were treated with“Hemorrhoids Fuming and Washing Formula”,together wi th the control groups by Jieeryin and po tassium permanganate for comparison of t he therapeutic effect.The results showed that the total effective rate was 91 3% in group by “Hemorrhoids Fuming and Was h ing Formula”,higher than 82 0%in the gro up by Jieeryin and 74 0%in the group by p otassium permanganate.The average healin g time for incision in the fuming and wa shing group was advanced three days than the group by potassium permanganate and one day than the group by Jieeryin.The therapeutic effect in the relief of post operative pain in incision and exudate i n the fuming and washing group was remar kably better than the control groups( P <0.01).The results indicate that “Hemor rhoids Fuming and Washing Formula”has a remarkable effect for wound healing afte r anal fistulectomy.
