摘要
为证实诸氏复骨丸对激素性股骨头缺血性坏死组织学变化的影响。采用贺氏造模法制成大白兔激素性早期股骨头缺血性坏死模型,分别从 X 线摄片、四环素标记、病理学观察、电镜观察等方面研究诸氏复骨丸对骨骼生长代谢的促进作用。结果显示用药后预防组和治疗组能够恢复骨细胞分泌胶原的合成作用,减少骨细胞的死亡和骨量的丢失。并且从超微结构上提示细胞形态及成份的变化。其中,预防组的效果最优。说明诸氏复骨丸对骨细胞胶原的合成和减少骨细胞的死亡及骨量的丢失有一定促进作用。
In order to prove the influence of Zhus “FUGU WAN” (ZFW) on the histological changes in steroid induced avascular necrosis of femoral head, white rabbit models of early steroid induced avascular necrosis of femoral head were made by Hes modelling method, and the stimulative effect of ZFW on skeletal growth and metabolism was studied by X rays, achromycin labelling, pathological and electronic microscopic observations. The results suggested that after the application of ZFW, the function of osteocytes to secrete collagen in the prevented and treated groups could be recovered and the osteocyte death and bone loss could be decreased, and the ultrastructural examination revealed the changes of the osteocyte morphology and component. The prevented group obtained the best therapeutic effect in all groups, indicating that ZFW has a stimulative effect on the synthesis of bone collagen and the decrease of osteocyte death and bone loss.
